| We have an Adoption Case Manager who will always be available to answer your questions at every stage of your adoption plan. |

| Our birth mothers will select the prospective adoptive family by reviewing the profile you have prepared especially for her. Therefore, we can never predict how quickly you may be matched with a birth mother. The less restrictive you are on the type of child and adoption you are interested in, the less wait you may have! |

| Shorstein & Kelly will prepare an estimate for each adoption. Once a birth mother has selected you, you will receive an estimate, in writing, of the anticipated total cost of the adoption. |
